Sanofi 4Q Revenues: €8.7 billion (-2%) 4Q Earnings: €159 million (-80%) FY Revenues: €35.1 billion (+4%) FY Earnings: €8.6 billion (+78%) Comments: Pharmaceutical sales were up 3% in the quarter to €7.3 billion. Rare Disease sales increased 8% to €726 million. Genzyme sales were up 17% to $1.5 billion driven by contribution from new immunology franchise.
